Mobility helps develop maximum body control, flexibility and USABLE range of motion
Your ability to move purposefully as you go through your day. Mobility comprises physical stamina, strength, balance, coordination and range of motion. Yoga has a lot of emphasis on more flexibility, passive ranges of motion, mobility helps you to use the full range of motion actively. To be able to skillfully use all of the range that you have with control and strength, so when you go about your day you have more ease and less discomfort in your daily movements.
This workshop will be a mixture of mobility work and flow.
